Established in 1895 as an unusual settlement of a debt. Over four generations and 129 years, Tulloch has been crafting wines and experiences that reach beyond the bottle. They call it ‘Wine, Your Way’ placing wine lovers at the heart of everything they do.
Located an easy two-hour drive from Sydney and 45 minutes from Newcastle in Australia’s oldest wine region, the Hunter Valley. They offer a range of exciting wine-tasting experiences in their award-winning Cellar Door. From a Wine and Chocolate Tasting or Mystery Wine Tasting to premium tasting experiences the Vertical Pokolbin Dry Red Shiraz Tasting and ‘Hunter Heroes’ tasting featuring the well-known grape varieties of the region. A generous Local Cheese and Charcuterie Board or Gourmet Vegetarian Board is included in most of their tastings or added as an Extra.
Tulloch Wines is also proudly family friendly and inclusive. They offer a unique Junior Tasting Experience and Teen Kombucha Tasting Experience (also for designated drivers and other non-drinkers) ensuring all members of your group are welcomed and entertained. Large-scale lawn games are also available for the kids on their outdoor terrace downstairs.
Level access to the front door allows easy entry for wheelchairs and strollers. Service dogs are welcome inside and other dogs can be accommodated on the balcony. They also welcome you to discuss any particular access needs you have.
