Jubilee Vineyard Estate is a small family-owned business, nestled in the picturesque Hawkesbury Valley, just over an hour’s drive from the centre of Sydney. Named after an original vineyard planted by the famous surgeon Dr Thomas Fiaschi, in the 1880s, part of the vineyard was re-established and planted with Chambourcin grapes in 2001.
Producing stunning, multi-award winning wines in both the Hawkesbury Valley and Central West regions of NSW, Jubilee Vineyard Estate’s Cellar Door in Ebenezer is open Saturday and Sunday afternoons for sales and wine tastings. Fully catered private functions including birthdays, weddings and corporate events can be booked by arrangement.
