Pipeclay Pumphouse Restaurant

Restaurant and Cafe

Set overlooking the vines, Pipeclay Pumphouse offers a more considered style of dining in Mudgee.

The kitchen works closely with what’s grown on the property and sourced from local producers, building menus around what’s in season and at its best. Some ingredients are brought in from further afield when needed, but the focus always comes back to the land and what it’s giving at that time.

The menu shifts regularly, shaped by the garden, the vineyard and the wider region. There’s a simplicity to the way the food is handled – thoughtful, precise, and designed to let the produce speak for itself rather than overwork it.

It’s a refined experience, but not a rigid one. Just good food, done properly, in a setting that makes the most of where you are.
