Located in Rosebery, Archie Rose is the perfect place to pull up a stool and enjoy their full range of spirits, along with a selection of other local and global spirits, craft beers, award-winning wines, and food by local producers. Next to the bar, the original distillery site has been transformed into the Still Room, inviting you on an immersive journey into the art of distilling, blending, and tasting. In signature experiences like Blend Your Own Whisky, Blend Your Own Gin, and hands-on Cocktail Masterclasses, you’ll learn directly from expert hosts and craft your own uniquely Australian spirits to take home and enjoy.
