Armorica is a 150-seat restaurant in Surry Hills that draws on classic Parisian brasserie culture in a contemporary way. Featuring an impressive custom-built Josper grill at the heart of the open kitchen, the menu centres around the time-honoured tradition of woodfire cooking, showcasing the best of Australian seafood and meat.
