The Shelbourne Hotel has been one of the most popular venues in Sydney CBD since 1902. Inside a heritage façade, you will find a freshly renovated leafy urban oasis, always buzzing with a local crowd.
The Market Street Garden Bar on the ground floor incorporates a large beer garden, with beautiful cabanas for you and your group. Inside is cosier with bespoke tile tabletops under warm pendant lights and plenty of communal benches encouraging group dining and social drinks. The outdoor area is always popular with groups catching up for weeknight drinks or sharing a relaxed modern pub lunch.
Thursday and Friday afternoons usually draw a capacity crowd for afternoon drinks. So it’s a great bar to pop in and mingle with the locals.
You’ll also find The Rooftop Sydney upstairs on level 3 above the Shelbourne Hotel, which is a rooftop bar with retractable roof harbour views. A beautiful, Hamptons-inspired alfresco setting with an open kitchen serving share plates, craft beers, cocktails and wine.
The venue also features two private function rooms available exclusively for corporate events and private parties.
