Led by renowned cheesemaker and cheesemonger Kat Harvey, each workshop runs for 1.5 to 2 hours and combines expert storytelling with guided tastings of premium Australian and imported cheeses. Groups are welcomed with a drink on arrival before being guided through a curated selection of five exceptional cheeses, thoughtfully matched with accompaniments such as smoked beets, creamed honey, fresh fruit, crackers and fruit cake.
