Caldera Brewing & Blending Co (est. 2022) is a Murwillumbah-based brewery specialising in small batch, barrel aged, mixed culture saisons.

Their beers are inspired by the world-class growers, chefs, and producers of the region and are made for pairing with good food.

They ferment their saisons with a unique yeast and bacteria blend, age them in oak, and use local, organic, or regeneratively farmed ingredients where possible.
