Salt and Skin Wellness Shellharbor are salt therapy specialists and utilise state-of-the-art equipment to optimise the conditions within their salt rooms.

Salt therapy is a natural therapy to help relieve symptoms of skin and respiratory conditions as well as promote relaxation and improve general well-being.

Tiny breathable particles of natural pharmaceutical-grade salt are dispersed throughout our rooms, these salt particles are inhaled deep into the lungs to help loosen congestion and cleanse the airways. When the salt lands on the skin it can also help improve your skin health and relieve the symptoms of skin conditions.

Salt sessions run for 45 minutes. In the adult room, the lights are dimmed so you can sit back and relax in the comfort of massage chairs. Some clients like to read, whilst others enjoy a period of quiet rest and relaxation. Also available is a Children’s room with toys, books and a television where parents can enjoy the experience with their children. There is also a private room designed specifically for clients with conditions that require privacy or wheelchair access.
