Yarrangobilly Caves Visitor Centre

Visitor Information Centres

Yarrangobilly Caves Visitor Centre is located around 75km south of Tumut, in the heart of the Yarrangobilly Caves area of the park. Our friendly staff are on-hand to answer questions about things to do in the Yarrangobilly area, including cave tours, walks, and a range of accommodation options. They can also offer top tips on hiking, driving routes, picnicking, and hidden fishing hotspots.

As well as offering tickets to the caves, the visitor centre is the starting point for some of our popular guided cave tours, led by experts in the local environment. You’ll be amazed by the magical cave decorations, ancient geology, Aboriginal history, and the wildlife that depend on caves for survival.

The visitor centre stocks a range of maps and information about nearby attractions, and has souvenirs, books and games to entertain adults and kids alike. There’s also yummy snacks on offer, plus nearby picnic tables with gas barbecues for a perfect day out.
