Capertee

Rural

Capertee Valley is said to be the world’s second largest canyon and is surrounded by World Heritage listed wilderness. Sandstone cliffs dominate the escarpment, drawing down into a deep chasm carved into the environment over millions of years. With tranquil vistas and serene mountain landscapes, the Capertee Valley is abundant in flora and fauna. Rising majestically out of the valley floor is Pantoney’s Crown, a monolith in size and spectacle. The impressive peak beckons walkers to its summit for a 360 degree panoramic view of the breathtaking valley.
