Termeil

Rural

Termeil town centre is a fuel stop located on the Princes Highway about halfway between Ulladulla and Batemans Bay.

In the surrounding area, Murramarang National Park is a magnificent coastal park protecting beautiful Spotted Gum and Burrawang forests on the slopes of Mount Durras. Ask a local where to find the ‘big tree’.

Horse riding, mountain bike tours and tennis is available, while a much broader range of entertainment and services can be found at Ulladulla to the north and Batemans Bay in the south.

A number of local artists have studios in the region, while the museum at Lake Tabourie provides a fascinating journey into the past.

If wine is your passion be sure to check out the local vineyards – Fern Gully Winery and Bawley Vale Estate – or stop for an award-winning pie from the local store.
