The menu aims to reflect the produce, climate and multiculturalism of the Northern Territory. It showcases the best and freshest local produce and ingredients and incorporates them into the menu. From local saltwater barramundi, tiger prawns, tropical fruit and locally grown Asian vegetables, the best of the Northern Territory is on show.

Dine al fresco on the patio and take in the sunset views across Fannie Bay, or inside in the architecturally designed restaurant which is fully licensed.
