Ahead of Time – Green Acres Camping

We have a private 20 acres of shady land not far from the pretty town of Childers. Our property features a spring-fed creek with fish. Bring your fishing rods as there is silver perch and perch for catch and release fishing only. The rest of the property features open grasslands and bush.We are pet friendly, unpowered sites with access to a flushing portaloo toilet. Campers must have everything they need and leave no trace.Just 20 minutes inland from the beautiful beaches of Burrum Heads. With flat and comfortable sites, this is a haven for anyone venturing to the Fraser Coast. It’s a 2 minute drive into town for supplies and where you can enjoy a range of pubs, cafes and shops.Lots of things to do and see in the area including a bird park and the Snakes Down Under display.
