Rocky Point Retreat is located at Winfield, 63 kilometres north of Bundaberg and approximately 90 kilometres south of Agnes Water/Town of 1770. The camp ground is located on the southern bank of Baffle Creek which is regarded as one of the best fishing estuaries in south east Queensland.
The 16 acre camping area features 42 level grassed sites – 35 non powered and seven powered sites. There is also on site accommodation available for hire – a Luxury Family (glamping) Tent (one queen and two single beds), a Family Cabin (one queen size bed, one double bed plus one single on top of double bed), a Luxury Cabin (two single beds) and two fully equipped caravans.
Their premium waterfront camp sites are perfectly suited to self-contained caravans, RVs, camping trailers and tents or swags. They have private ensuite amenities and portaloos for hire for those guests that do not have their own or prefer a bit of luxury camping.
Each camp site has access to clean bore water taps and a fire pit. Fire wood is available to buy or cut it yourself for free from the firewood pile. A dump point is located at the entrance to the property and the onsite library has books and DVD,s for loan or swap during your stay.
