Bali Hai Holiday Park is your child-free oceanside retreat, just a short and scenic two-hour drive from Cairns Airport along the Cassowary Coast in Far North Queensland. The park offers wide open camping spaces, powered slab caravan sites, three villas, and two bungalows — all with beautiful ocean views. The Villas and Bungalows each accommodate two guests.
Bali Hai is located in Wongaling Beach, one of the four villages that form Mission Beach and stretch across 14 km of beautiful beachfront. Wongaling offers convenient essentials including a supermarket, fuel station, and a handful of cafés and takeaways, while the main Mission Beach village — just 5 km away — provides a wider range of dining options as well as boutique shopping, clothing stores, and charming local retailers.
Boat ramps are nearby, and there is a beach launch area opposite the park suitable for smaller craft. The Great Barrier Reef is only a 40 km boat trip away, offering excellent fishing and snorkelling opportunities. There is ample space to park your boat close to your accommodation or within the campground.
Mission Beach offers endless activities, including rainforest walks, skydiving, white-water rafting, reef trips, waterfall exploring, and much more. The camping area is also pet-friendly.
