Rossville Retreat offers private, eco-friendly lodges set amidst 300 acres overlooked by magical Kalkajaka (Black Mountain), only 20 minutes from Cooktown and two kilometres from the historic Lion’s Den Hotel.
The lodges accommodate two to four guests in a king size bed and a queen couch/sofa bed. Each lodge has an ensuite bathroom with a private patio overlooking the bush and a camp kitchen with barbecues to help you enjoy the peaceful setting.
Rossville Retreat also offers a 1200 meter all weather airstrip for fly in guests, a riverside picnic area, and Indigenous guided bush walks with world renowned bush medicine expert, Mooks.
Rossville Retreat is a four-hour drive or 45-minute flight from Cairns.
