Carlton Farm, Hervey Bay

Enjoy a convenient, relaxing base to discover the best of Hervey Bay. Our 25-acre cattle grazing farm is located just off the highway, 3km outside of town, with plenty of space for campers. We offer numerous camping sites on cleared land, lined by trees, near to our gully and seasonal creek. Each site is private, and offers plenty of space. Campers must be self-contained with their own camp toilet, but there is a 24/7 dump station just 2km away. A stone’s throw from the campsites is access to the mobility corridor/bike path which takes you straight into Hervey Bay, and continues all the way past the shops to Urangan pier, as well as offering 15km of ocean frontage to explore. Just next door to the campsites, is our fantastic local cafe, The Depot Espresso Bar, open at 6 in the morning but happy to take orders for our campers from 5:30 if you knock. Perfect for hopping on your bike from camp, grabbing your morning caffeine fix, and continuing on the days biking adventure.
