Lake Gkula Campground is set amongst 500 acres of bushland at Woodfordia, one hour North of Brisbane.

Lake Gkula Camping Weekends are open for Autumn/Easter school holidays and September school holidays only, as the site is home to major festivals outside of these times. The property is only open to booked campers during these official camping weekends and during the ticketed festivals.

Guests at Lake Gkula Camping can choose to book the onsite luxury glamping tents or to set up camp around the lake and relax with ample space to spread out, nestled under the shady trees or join in on a multitude of exciting self-led activities like bushwalking, lake swimming and bike riding through our diverse and ecological landscape. A programme of sunset concerts, workshops and activities for all ages is also on offer.

As a registered land for wildlife site, visitors to Lake Gkula Camping Weekends will get the chance to see many of the beautiful animals that call Lake Gkula Campground home, including; echidna, kookaburra’s, wallabies, goanna and more.

Glamping in the beautiful Woodfordia Campground is also available from $320 per night.

Maximum 4 person.

Should a 5th person be required, an additional charge of $20 will be charged per night.
