Allora is located on the Southern Downs, 40k from Warwick, 30k from Clifton and 18k from Leyburn. The property is 300 acres, fenced, with a 30 acre flat, a dam, and a native forest on the hilly side. Pitch your tent, park your RV or Gooseneck amongst the gum trees, or near the dam. The house is only a 5min drive from each boundary. You can enjoy the property walking around and discovering gullies, on foot or your own horse. There’s a bore on the flat with overflowing water to cool down after a hot day. Or have a swim in the dam. Horses and dogs are welcomed on the property. There are no toilets available so please BYO toilets.
