Bestbrook is a family owned and operated Australian Farmstay, 90 minutes west of Brisbane, 2hr from the Gold Coast. Bestbrook is a farmstay the whole family will enjoy. They have accommodation to suit all budgets from bush camping, to the bunkhouse and up to the self contained cabins.
At Bestbrook they work to create memories you will remember long after you have returned home. Whether it is time away with the kids, or a chance to catch up with friends, Bestbrook is the destination for you.
Bestbrook is about the simple pleasures, milking a cow, feeding our farm yard friends, cooking your own damper on the bush microwave, and boiling the billy for a cup of Aussie tea.
The team, will introduce you to some of the local history, teach you how to throw a boomerang and the art of cracking a stock whip, the team is always happy to answer questions or just tell some stories and have a good old yarn.
When the sun goes down on the farm, enjoy the creature comforts in your own country cabin, or you can choose to savour a freshly cooked, home-style dinner in the licensed restaurant, and then gather around your own campfire for marshmallow toasting and a blanket of stars.

Three bedroom cabins are great for the larger family. They will comfortable sleep up to eight people, each having two queen beds and four single beds.
While the cottages are not new they are clean and rustic and you will find everything you need for a couple of nights stay. If there is something specific required all you need to do is ask and they will endeavour to find it.
Firewood is available for sale all year round for either your indoor fireplace or for that wonderful outdoor camp fire.
All tap water is suitable for drinking .
Television reception is available at all cabins through satellite television.

This is Bunkhouse accommodation, four blocks of dormitory style units with one bunk bed and a single bed, electric heater per room, each block has one bathroom with two showers and two toilets. 63 people can be accommodated in the bunkhouse. There are 20 triple rooms. Bring your own bedding (pillow and sleeping bag) or linen can be provided at an additional cost.
The recreation room provides Bunkhouse guests with a lounging area with wood fire. Not suitable for self catering but there is a microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster plus some cutlery and crockery. Barbecue available.
