Significant areas of the property has been retained as natural forest making it feel like you are completely private and nobody nearby, yet only 15min from Eumundi and Kenilworth.The property has only been owned by 3 families since European settlement to Australia.Exclusive privacy, only one camping group at any time. Relax with only your family and friends sitting around a camp fire. Beautiful quiet spot next to a creek.Fantastic stars and quiet spot. Access to Mapleton National Park. 40-50km of hiking and horse riding trailsPrice set slightly higher for exclusivity enabling a more private, quiet, tranquil experience with nature.
