They have one-bedroom ground floor apartments which have a small garden at the front with table and chairs and overlooking the beach. The units have bedroom, bathroom, laundry, kitchen and a lounge/dining area covering 37 square metres in total. The beachfront and Garden Terrace two-bedroom units cover 80 square metres over one or two floors.
The two-floor units have the bedrooms and bathroom downstairs and upstairs a large living/dining area, full kitchen, laundry, extra toilet and a balcony with table and chairs. The two bedroom units on one floor have the same facilities with a balcony or garden. There are air conditioners and ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living rooms.
