Visitors are guided through the Queensland Communications Museum by experienced Telecommunications Industry personnel.
Several exhibits are ‘hands-on’ with working manual and automatic phone exchanges, Morse code sets and working pairs of teleprinters (TELEX machines).
Follow the telecommunications evolution from Morse code to today’s advanced telephone systems. Historic photographs are also on display.

The society does not make a direct charge but suggests visiting commercial operations and adult groups make a donation of Gold coin per head. On bookings or tours on days other than Wednesday tours are encouraged to make a donation of $5.00 per person to contribute to museum maintenance.
