Just 25 minutes from the main street of Bundaberg, you’ll discover the local’s freshwater fave – Bucca Crossing. A perfect place for a paddle in the Kolan River and a picnic on the banks with the whole family. Hop in the canoe and cruise upstream to the rowing reserve or float the day away in your inflatable ring.
The river can be relatively fast flowing, so stick to the upstream section and supervise children at all times.
There is a well-maintained picnic area with toilet facilities too.
