Lovers of observing wildlife in their natural habitat will want to take advantage of this! Travelling by luxury Beechcraft Super King Air, we will get close to the action with minimum transfer times to maximise the great wildlife experiences. At each destination, you will be taken by a local wildlife expert who will seek out the fauna and give you interesting insights into their behaviour.

The Savannah Way is an epic 3700km drive linking Broome in Western Australia with Cairns in Tropical North Queensland, via the natural wonders of Australia’s tropical savannahs and the Northern Territory’s Top End. Rather than the gruelling drive, join us for a small group air tour from and to the Gold Coast, covering the full Savannah Way and more. With a total of 30 hours of flying time over two weeks, you’ll have much more time on the ground to explore the wonders of these magical parts of the country.

Please note: This tour involves a higher level of physical activity than some of our other itineraries. Guests should be comfortable walking up to 1 kilometre over uneven ground. If you’re unsure whether this is suitable for you, we’re happy to discuss your individual needs.
