Join Ross, the founder of High Valley Dawn, or one of our passionate farm crew, for a personal tour through the property. You’ll be introduced to the principles of Permaculture and dive deep into the stories, practices, and philosophies that shape life on the farm. You’ll visit their two acre market garden, Tropical Fruit Food Forest, Native Australian Bush Tucker Food Forest, and animal paddocks. Along the way, you’ll discover sustainable features like their natural desalination system, powerless cold room, solar irrigation, and upcycled buildings. It’s an inspiring, hands-on experience for anyone interested in self-sustainability and off-grid living.

Take a peaceful, self-guided stroll through their working Permaculture farm. Wander through lush veggie gardens, explore the Tropical Fruit Food Forest and Australian Native ‘Bush Tucker’ Food Forest, meet friendly farm animals, and learn how they live in harmony with nature. Go at your own pace with their audio guide and signs throughout the trail. Ideal for families, nature lovers, or anyone curious about regenerative agriculture and off-grid living. The audio guide is accessible through a QR code, so please bring your mobile phone and headphones or a bluetooth speaker for small groups.
