NQ Cycle Journeys provides bike hire and self-guided and guided tour options in the Townsville region of North Queensland. With quality, comfortable e-bikes, multi-terrain bikes, mountain bikes, kids bikes and accessories to cater for all ages.
Customised tours and group events can be organised, including bike treasure hunts/amazing race type activities or themed tours.
All rentals include helmet, lock, pump, spare tube kit, map and water bottle holder. All bikes are professionally serviced after each ride and we will fit you to the bike that suits you.

Explore Townsville’s natural beauty, history and cultural heritage on a guided ebike tour of the Townsville area. NQ Cycle Journeys can help you create a customised journey based on your interests. Highlights may include WW2 history, colonial and indigenous sites, wildlife, wetlands and stunning coastlines.
No previous cycling experience is required – we will teach you all about the ebikes and ensure you are comfortable before the tour begins.
Small group tour, however up to 20 people can be catered for on request

Enjoy cycling and walking through the Wet Tropics World Heritage rainforest at Paluma.
The tour is fully supported and will include personalised fitting of bike, instruction on use and features of e-bike. Time to adjust to riding in a safe environment before advancing to some gravel roads. Riding through World Heritage listed rainforest. Learn about the history, flora and fauna of the area
Morning tea at a waterfall and pristine mountain creek. Small group tour with max 8 people. Exact itinerary and route will be tailored to the group and individual abilities.
The tour will take 3-4 hours.
