Silky Sanctuary

Silky Sanctuary is an immersive wellness retreat set deep within the ancient Daintree Rainforest at Silky Oaks Lodge.

Hosted by holistic health coach and yoga teacher Emily Spurling, the experience blends guided yoga and meditation with rainforest bathing, a Mossman Gorge walk and a Daintree River wildlife cruise – all designed to restore balance and reconnect body and mind.

Held across two exclusive dates – 14-17 May and 10-13 September 2026 – the retreat includes luxury treehouse-style accommodation, gourmet dining including dinner at the Treehouse Restaurant, a wellness workshop, curated lodge experiences and nourishing cuisine inspired by the tropics.
