Just days ago, London was stunned when the notorious Lord Blackstone aided Scotland Yard in capturing the depraved serial killer, Victor von Vacher. Has Lord Blackstone truly turned over a new leaf and forsaken his cult of devoted followers? Or is this sudden alliance merely a clever ploy to earn the trust of those he plans to betray?
