Between the Tides

Between the Tides is an award-winning, world-first concert series set against the breathtaking backdrop of Cape Hillsborough National Park on Yuwi Country, just 40 minutes from Mackay. This exclusive experience invites audiences to enjoy live music in a remote coastal paradise like no other.

Guided by the Yuwi Nation, the journey begins at the Gathering Space in the parklands, where guests are welcomed with music, interactive workshops, and locally crafted food and art. As the sun sets, journery to the shoreline for an unforgettable concert beneath the stars—a truly unique cultural and natural encounter.

Rooted in sustainable eco-tourism, Between the Tides was created in consultation with Yuwi Traditional Owners to honour and protect this sacred land and its ecosystems. Visitors are invited to leave only footprints and take away lasting memories of connection to Country, culture, and music.
