Redland City Council invites you to a free come & try day introducing a new free 4-week low impact walking sports program for older adults.
Enjoy a fun and gentle introduction to walking basketball, walking soccer and walking softball. No experience needed – just comfortable shoes and a willingness to give it a go!
The program aims to:
