The Tamarind Cooking School

Guests who have dined at The Tamarind and want to recreate some of the superb dishes can sign up for one of the cooking classes.

On Saturdays, Spicers Tamarind Retreat’s purpose-built cooking school runs classes in Asian, French, or Italian cuisine. Under the expert eye of a Spicers chef, participants can whip up a four-course meal and then sit down to enjoy it with a glass of wine.

Cooking classes include an apron, lunch, a glass of wine, and a recipe book with all the dishes cooked so guests can recreate them at home.
