On Friday night, in the intimate, softly lit surrounds of The Long Apron, you’ll be transported to a French provincial dreamscape, where each dish is a work of art. Head Chef Geoff Abel will present a menu of elevated French classics, sourced from the finest local and sustainable ingredients.

On the Saturday night, the main event unfolds. Join internationally renowned wine critic and author Tyson Stelzer for an exquisite seven-course degustation, masterfully paired with the most coveted Champagnes and Burgundies. Each wine will be thoughtfully poured to allow you to savour its full expression, as Tyson guides you through the stories and secrets behind them.
