Saddle up for the race that stops the nation!
They’ve got all the Melbourne Cup fun covered — think sweeps, bubbles, best-dressed prizes, and every race live and loud on the big screen.
Kick things off with a glass of bubbles on arrival, then dive into a shared entrée featuring a fresh seafood platter with prawns, natural oysters and mignonette, gravlax salmon, Marie Rose sauce, and lemon (GF). You’ll also enjoy a beetroot carpaccio with whipped goat’s cheese, candied pecans, leafy greens, and a balsamic glaze (V, GF).
For the main event, you’ll be treated to an alternate drop of either:
Porcini-stuffed baked chicken with crispy potato pavé, broad beans, bacon, and creamy asparagus sauce (GF), or
Humpty Doo barramundi served with macadamia romesco, a prawn and herb croquette, chargrilled zucchini, and a garden pea salad.
Vegan and vegetarian options are available on request.
