Drawing on the expertise of Executive Chef Paul Smart and his team’s international culinary experience, Citrique’s menu champions the marriage of flavours through experimentation. They focus on seasonal ingredients sourced from Australia’s rich land and sea, including their own JW Garden.
A favourite among locals for its elegant ambiance, Citrique is the perfect destination for a memorable mid-week date night with our à la carte dining. On the weekends, the tempo is elevated with a decadent seafood and grill buffet, in addition to the daily buffet breakfast.
Citrique is also home to the Family by JW program, including daily culinary classes and JW Garden tours, reinforcing our commitment to sustainability through initiatives like our on-property worm farm for recycling food scraps and Australian native bees for garden pollination.
