With over 50 years working in construction and a collection of iconic venues under their tool belt, founders Paul Comiskey and sons David and Robert are toasting to their first drink.
Comiskey Distillery opened in November 2022, right next to the Comiskey Group’s iconic venue Eatons Hill Hotel.
