At long last …. Australia’s finest rum!

Australia Certified Organic rum. They use wild fermented, locally sourced molasses, Woombye water, dunder and muck. Double pot distilled, then aged for a minimum of two years in bourbon barrels emptied of sherry and port – on Australia’s beautiful sub-tropical Sunshine Coast.

Their home and Australian Certified Organic Distillery are open to the public every day and are located in the lush Sunshine Coast hinterland rainforest, just a short idyllic walk from Queensland’s iconic and much-loved Big Pineapple. The distillery has been identified as a 2023 Best of Queensland Experience!

Nil added sugar, sweeteners, caramel, glycerine, flavours, colours or chemicals.

Their inspiration comes from the cane fields of their Sunshine Coast home and the fervent belief that it’s about time Australia had a rum equal to the world’s best!
