Bowen Fishermans Seafood is owned and run by the Bauer family for three generations and has been supplying Australia wide and exporting seafood internationally for over 45 years.
The Bauer family officially opened Bird’s Fish Bar in 2013 offering traditional paper wrapped, cooked to order, local wild caught fish and chips. All unloaded from the boats daily.
You can take away or eat in at their outdoor dining area situated behind the co-op, overlooking the Bowen marina. They also cater for all events, large or small and offer venue hire with a fully licenced bar and options for live music.
