Visitor Information Centres
Located on the Ground Floor within the Virgin Terminal of the Domestic Airport, the Brisbane Airport Ambassadors and staff are available to assist visitors with various travel needs. The centre offers travellers maps, brochures, travel and car hire advice and services to help book accommodation.
As well as operating the Information Centre, the Airport Ambassadors roam areas of the Domestic Airport such as the upper level and Skywalk to assist wherever possible.
Just outside the terminal are a number of key bus and uber pick-up points, taxi services and connections to the train service located at the end of the Skywalk.
