Make sure you pay a visit to Lions Park in Hodgson Vale, a large park located on the New England Highway. The park is the perfect little place for a barbecue picnic and is a lovely stop when exploring Steele Rudd Country. There is a barbecue, half basketball court and play equipment for the children.
