Karragarra is a great day-trip destination and is the smallest of the Southern Moreton Bay Islands, about half a kilometre wide and four kilometres long.
The experience starts with a short water taxi ride from Redland Bay. There are parks, sandy beaches, a swimming enclosure and barbecue facilities. It is popular for picnics amongst locals and visitors alike.
