They also conduct self-guided mountain bike tours, fitting out the riders with full suspension bikes or e-bikes, turn-by-turn GPS navigation and safety gear, then shuttling then to start of their chosen trail. All trails culminate with the famous Bump Track descent back into Port Douglas.
They also cater for road cyclists wanting to ride the local road routes. They keep all major sizes of road bikes for hire and can provide details and maps for routes.
The Bike Shop and Hire have bikes for all occasions and riding styles – from mountain bikes and road bikes to kids bikes, trailers and tandem bikes for the fun seekers.
Bikes also make good sense as your cheapest transport option while in Port Douglas and the Daintree.

These recreational or town bikes are a great option for exploring the delights of Port Douglas and a ride along Four Mile Beach. They are also suitable to use as transport for the whole family. We have all sizes from kids balance bikes to XXL adults and fun items like tandems, kids trailers and baby seats.
All bikes come with helmets, locks and route maps to explore. Even our famous Kids Treasure Hunt is included.

Mountain biking through some of the oldest and inspiring rainforest in the world would be right on top of any mountain biker’s to-do list.
We offer a full range of full suspension mountain bikes and electric MTB’s that are perfect to get right into the depths of the rainforest and other nearby tails and mountain bike parks.
We can even arrange a shuttle to the trail heads and fit you out with a GPS guidance device, Personal Location Beacon for safety and a wealth of local knowledge to guide yourself through this mountain biking wonderland
Our 50cc mopeds require only a car license to ride. They are a great option for cheap transport while on holiday in Port Douglas. No parking hassles, easy to ride and enjoy the wind in your face while exploring the sights, cafe’s, beaches and other attractions.
Our bigger 300cc scooters will get you further afield to enjoy the Daintree, Atherton Tablelands and even a lunch in Palm Cove.
Helmets are included in your hire and we’ll give a heap of local knowledge to make your stay even more interesting.
