This retro beach shack has contemporary styling throughout. Like all Pet Let Properties it is immaculately presented and has the advantage of welcoming pets inside (cats as well as dogs). Just bring a cover for the furniture. Everything else will be provided.
There will be fresh, quality linen on the beds ready for your arrival, courtesy of Pet Let’s housekeeping service, as well as local wine and chocolate. Positioned at the end of a cul-de-sac, close to the popular Port Elliot Dog Park, this home is secluded and private.
All three bedrooms look out to a vineyard and olive grove. The QB room has a new ensuite. A Double room and Bunk room at the other end of the house share a bathroom and separate toilet.
The open plan living, dining and kitchen has mod cons, HDTV, DVD and NBN.
There’s plenty of reasons to put your feet up and have a quiet weekend away, with the beaches, shops and cafes of Port Elliot central nearby.
Factory 9, with its resident artisans and pop-up eateries, is just down the road. Of a sunny morning the rear deck is ideal for breakfast and a wraparound fence makes sure the property is fully secured
