‘Kirche’ is German for church and the ‘Zum Kripplein Christi’ Lutheran Church was the centre of Krondorf village life from 1864 through to the 1950s.
Charlie and Virginia Melton have taken this unique, historical building and tastefully transformed it into superb luxury vineyard accommodation without compromising the wonderful warmth and space evident in its origins.
Situated on beautiful Krondorf Road, only five minutes from Tanunda, it offers a tranquil setting for either a short or long term stay in the famous Barossa Valley, well within easy distance of all the Barossa’s charms of great food, wine and architecture.
