Penobscot Farm Cottage was renovated for comfortable overnight or short-stay accommodation with one Queen bed, separate bathroom, kitchen and lounge. The cottage is located on Penobscot Farm in Watervale just one kilometer from the Watervale Hotel.

Penobscot Farm is an organic, bio-dynamic farm designed to permaculture principles and with a view to soil regenerative agriculture. Penobscot Farm supplies the Watervale Hotel kitchen with fruit and vegetables, and acts as its shopfront.

The Penobscot Restaurant, a degustation only restaurant, seated at the Chefs Table at the Watervale Hotel was recently awarded ‘Best Restaurant in a Regional Hotel’ in Australia by the Australian Hotels Association. The Watervale Hotel offers a la carte and Feed Me menus from 11am to 9pm daily in a casual country Pub.

Penobscot Farm Cottage can be booked for a one night ‘regeneration’ package which includes a Penobscot Farm Tour, degustation with matched wines or non-alcoholic beverages sitting at the Penobscot Restaurant Chef’s Table, with breakfast provisions are left for guests in the Cottage kitchen.
