Amani Beach House

Amani Beach House is a self-contained holiday house located at Moonta Bay and is less than a 3-minute walk to the beach.

It is a free-standing holiday house positioned at the rear of the large block and is located behind a 2-storey private house, which has semi-permanent residents (house is often not occupied on weekends). The Amani Beach House holiday house is private, with separate driveaway access and parking.

Amani Beach House has 3 bedrooms – queen, queen, 3 x singles and can sleep up to 7 people. Quilts, blankets and pillows are provided, but guests will need to bring their linen, or linen can be hired. A portacot is supplied, and guests need to bring bedding to use.

There is one bathroom with a shower (no bath), and toilet.

There is air-conditioning in the lounge room, all bedrooms have ceiling fans and pedestal fans are provided.

The lounge room is spacious with a television, DVD player, CD player, radio and highchair.

The small kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge/freezer and coffee plunger.

At the front is an undercover deck with outdoor lounge and dining area, plus barbecue overlooking the landscaped garden and yard.

Amani Beach House has off-street parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway, with room for a boat; plus, undercover carport parking.
