Queen Flexi Villa 1 is a 2-bedroom villa, featuring a queen bed in one bedroom, and one king single bed and one king single bunk bed (one on top, one below) in the second room. This villa shares a locked common wall with Queen Flexi Villa 2, but if you book both Flexi Villas, we can unlock the sliding door; great for larger groups staying together. Keep this in mind when booking this Villa as you may hear others through the common wall.

Twin share is based on the use of Bedroom one, please be aware that Bedroom 2 will be locked unless prior arranged or a 3rd person is booked in.

Fully contained Flexi Villa 2 is designed for long or short-term stays, with a fully equipped kitchen, spacious lounge, and modern bathroom. Flexi Villa 2 has two bedrooms, catering to two to 5 guests. They have a common undercover BBQ and firepit area fitted with a large TV screen for gatherings.

Kilsby Sinkhole Accommodation offers a wonderful space to hold a special event. The BBQ area can accommodate up to 40 guests or more.

Catering for travelling groups , Flexi Villa 1 and Flexi Villa 2 share the same bed configuration, joined by a common slide door. If booked together, they can accommodate up to 10 people by opening the dividing door.
