Situated on a picturesque farm in Yahl it is only a 10 minute drive to Mount Gambier, you are able to take in views on the front verandah looking over paddocks and a 100 year old Oak Tree. The property is surrounded by Cypress windbreaks to offer some protection from the Southerly winds in Winter.
The cottage can sleep 6 people, there is a BBQ on the verandah and a modern bathroom that shearers would envy! The cottage has 2 smart TV’s and free wifi. The entire space is yours to enjoy and while the original farm house is on the same property, the cottage is totally seperate, with it’s own fenced yard area.
With enough room to bring your boat, motorbike trailer or even your horse! Close to Port MacDonnell (for all of your rock lobster needs), Ewens Ponds, Piccaninnie Ponds conservation park, Penambol Conservation Park, Little Rippa Brewery and The Barn Steakhouse.
