Located just a 5-minute drive from Kingscote, Sabine’s Place sits right on the beach, offering views of Nepean Bay. The house also provides immediate access to walking and biking trails, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the stunning surrounding scenery.
Additionally, the Rock Pool swimming pool is just a short stroll away from the yacht club.

Sabine’s Place serves as an excellent base for exploring Kangaroo Island, with the walking/cycling trail across the road leading to Kingscote, which is 3 km away.

As you walk along the path, you will reach the Sailing Club beach, which is great for swimming. If you continue past the beach and head up onto the cliff, you will find a narrow, rocky path along the edge of the cliff. This path offers sightings of New Zealand Fur Seals and, occasionally during the season, a whale.
